4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walletano shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
4.3 Termination of Services: Walletano reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Service to any or all users at its discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
Funds Recovery:
5.1 Wallet Security: You understand and acknowledge that anyone who has access to your phone/device can potentially steal your funds. It is your responsibility to keep your phone/device secure and take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access.
5.2 Recovery Limitations: You acknowledge that saving the secret code does not guarantee the recovery of funds from your device. Walletano cannot guarantee the successful recovery of funds in all circumstances.
5.3 Software and Hardware Issues: You understand that a software update or a hardware issue may result in the loss of funds. It is your responsibility to ensure that your software and hardware are up to date and properly maintained.
5.4 Limited Funds Recommendation: Walletano recommends keeping only limited funds in the wallet. Storing large amounts of funds in the wallet increases the risk of potential losses in case of unauthorized access, software/hardware issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Modifications:
Walletano reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Terms of Service will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
